In the case of any technical issues, the company offers an extended warranty period of 2250 hours or 18 months from putting cranes into operation (whichever comes first will be applied except for special terms in the contract). Please notice that warranty only can be obtained, if you comply with our warranty policy. Please carefully read the operation and maintenance manual of your product and follow the instruction before use, for your own benefit. If there might occur ambiguities, do not hesitate to ask your PALFINGER SANY dealer.
